About Us

Öztiryakiler industrial coating is making non-stick coating, oven pans and confectionery equipment, selling and servicing equipment. Oztiryakiler is one of the main companies in it's field.
Öztiryakiler industrial coating is serving to different industries with ptfe, fep, pfa, silicon, halar and rilsan coating types.
We are currently using 20 different groups and 4 different pigments. We have wide range of raw materials so we can provide different products in non-stick coating. Main industries served are; food industry (especially bakery and confectionary), packing, nubber, automotive, chemical, textile, defense department, kitchen, diary, pharmaceutical, petro chemical, detergent etc. In rilsan and halar coating we serve to purification companies and automotive industry. Oztiryakiler industrial coating inc. Is located in topkapi / istanbul at 10,000 m² closed area.

Coating Types

  • Rilsan Is a polyamid based coating. It has very good chemical resistance in the fields up to 90 °c. It also has friction resistance in corrosive environments.
  • Halar(ectfe) Polimer based coating. It has good resistance to most Of the chemicals in the environments up to 150 °c. Food safe material. It also has friction resistance in corrosive environments.
  • Silicon Polimer based coating. It has good resistance to most Of the chemicals in the environments up to 150 °c. Food safe material. It also has friction resistance in corrosive environments.
  • F.e.p. It has thermoplastic properties. Good chemical resistance. Resistant up to 300 °c.
  • P.f.a. It has thermoplastic properties. Good chemical resistance..
  • P.t.f.e Has got small coefficient of friction. High teperature resistance.
  • Eclıpse Perfect non-stick properties. Can work problem free up to 350°c.
